Hi, just found this site and have been informally diagnosed yesterday after my upper GI. Biopsies haven't come back yet, but he strongly suspects it is CD. Doctor said to go GF immediately for the next 6 months. Wow! My kitchen wasn't ready for that. After a quick stop at Earth Fare at least I have something to eat, but would love to learn more. Is this class still available? I know it is today, but maybe? Thank you so much!
