Hey Zach, I read the symptoms on your poll and feel compelled to ask that you please don't forget that overweight people can be malnourished, same as underweight people. I lost about 25 lbs the first 6 months on the diet. That was pretty amazing.
There are so many symptoms, it's hard to narrow them down to a few for a poll. I hope that people won't feel like the list above is all-inclusive. Maybe mentioning some of the celiac websites with complete symptom lists (a very helpful list to my family when learning about Celiac was the GIG list of related autoimmune diseases: http://www.gluten.net/downloads/print/Associatedautoimmuneflat.pdf
We were astounded, almost everyone in the Dutch (Celiac) line of my family had one of these diseases!
Emily - Agreed! I am aware there are over 300 symptoms for CD - impossible to have a poll with that many items listed - so I picked a few of the most common ones. Def not an all-inclusive list.
